School Bus

Registrations for A.Y. 26/27 are open.
You have time until May 31st to complete the registration.To support students in their logistic needs, ICS offers a school bus service operating in the Milan area, in partnership with Todde Bus.

The service is available to all students at ICS Symbiosis, ICS Colletta and ICS Tenca from the age of two, and includes three different options:

"Regular" bus stops
"Customised" bus stops
Late Bus

"REGULAR" BUS STOPS

Regular bus stops are a series of pre-defined stops selected by the school, from which families can choose the most convenient option. These stops are fixed and designed to serve the main areas of the city.

After submitting your request, you will need to pay a deposit of 500 euros.

The timetables are indicative and may be subject to change based on the number of registrations received and the bus route assigned to each stop.

Routes will be defined and updated timetables will be communicated by the end of July.

SERVICE REGISTRATION

Please fill out the registration form below. In the “type of bus stop” field, select “Regular bus stop” and indicate your preferred stop.
Proceed with the payment of deposit, otherwise the reservation will be forfeited.
Complete the rest of the payment by 31/08/2026*.
If the stop is not confirmed, the school will proceed to refund the deposit.

SERVICE FREE OF CHARGE

To facilitate organization and support families with children enrolled across different campuses, a free bus service is available for students of ICS Colletta and ICS Symbiosis who have siblings attending the other campus.

Students at ICS Colletta with siblings enrolled at ICS Symbiosis may use the free transport service by accessing any regular bus stop. During registration, they must select “Regular bus stop (free of charge)” and indicate Viale Ortles as their stop.

Alternatively, students at ICS Symbiosis with siblings at Colletta may use the free transport service by accessing any regular bus stop, selecting “Regular bus stop (free of charge)” and indicating their preferred stop.

To apply, please complete the registration form below. In the “Type of bus stop” field, select “Regular bus stop (free of charge)” and indicate the preferred stop.

"CUSTOMISED" BUS STOPS

Customised bus stops allow families to request a personalised stop, located as close as possible to their home address, subject to route feasibility and road accessibility.

This option is subject to an additional fee.

After submitting your request, a deposit of €500 is required

Once all requests have been received, the school will proceed to evaluate the feasibility of activating the stop.

SERVICE REGISTRATION

Please fill out the registration form here below In the “type of bus stop” field, select "Customised bus stop" and indicate the desired drop-off and pick-up address.
proceed with the payment of deposit, otherwise the reservation will be forfeited.
If the stop is confirmed, the school will send you the link to complete the payment of the reminder of the fee by 31/08/2026*.
If the stop is not confirmed, the school will proceed to refund the deposit.

*Please be aware that, if the stop you requested is confirmed by the school, it will not be possible to ask for a refund of the deposit.

LATE BUS

Only for ICS Symbiosis

ICS offers a late bus service after extracurricular activities. The school bus leaves at 17:45 and you can subscribe to the service when enrolling to extracurricular activities. Stops and prices will be shared with the After School catalogue.

Please note that the service will be activated upon reaching the minimum number of registration requests.
