Basket I: Year 6 / 7 / 8

The course will form an ICS Basketball Team.
The team will compete in friendly matches throughout the year with other international schools.Our after school programme is set to engage students in basketball skills training, cooperative games and competitive play, while teaching sustainable life lessons, fostering social and emotional learning and promoting physical fitness. 

The basketball program will focus fundamental skills such as ball handling, footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting and both attacking and defensive strategies. This will also include friendly competitive meets with other local schools around Milan. 

While basketball engages students in lively physical fitness activity, the sport also helps build character by instilling confidence and teaching many life lessons that benefit students both on and off the court:
